Q : Can I reserve a unit now?
A : Yes. You can reserve a specific unit through our Sales Agent, Hogan & Stone, by contacting them at 401-846-0600. For a limited time, pre-construction pricing is available.

Q : Do you have to be 55 or older to buy a unit?
A : No. An individual under 55 may purchase a unit, but the actual Bay Ridge residents must be 55 or older.

Q : Are there any separate fees for using the common facilities such as the pool, club house or bocce court?
A : No. The use of these facilities is covered in the condominium association fees.

Q : How many floor plans are available?
A : There are three optional floor plans. Two of plans are one-story units and the other is a two-story unit. They range in size from 1,684 sq. ft. to 2,325 sq. ft.

Q : What is the architectural style of the homes?
A : The homes are traditional “Shingle Style” which is in keeping with many of the surrounding areas most distinctive and renowned buildings. They are built with high quality materials and are designed to be extremely energy efficient.

Q : Can I customize my unit at all?
A : Yes. Many custom options are available including choice of cabinetry, hardwood floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, central vacuum and paint colors to name a few.
