Bay Ridge will soon be developed at 345 Forest Avenue
in Middletown. Bay Ridge will consist of 60 quality
built custom townhomes on 27 acres. Residents must
be 55 or older although younger individuals may
own the home. Bay Ridge
will offer a unique lifestyle in Newport County
that includes a club house, exercise room, pool,
tennis and bocce in a serene, private setting.
The shingle style homes will feature one level
living, full basements, garages and spacious first
floor master suites.
The project is being developed
by Bay Ridge Development LLC, which is a collaboration
of two experienced real estate development companies;
The Simon Companies of Braintree, MA and Oldport
Homes of Portsmouth, RI. “Together, we have

of craftsmanship. Our customers will be able to

A sales office will be open
on site in late July. Occupancy will be possible
in spring 2008 and pre-construction prices start
