Bayridge is a gated condominium community in the East Bluff region of Newport Beach, California. Located off Jamboree Street it is close to beaches, freeways, daily services, restaurants, and entertainment.

Bayridge is composed of 168 units that include two to three bedrooms and range from 839 to 1,800 square feet. Developed in 1984 by J.M. Peters Development Company, this neighborhood features 30 units, each with a den and detached garage. It also has 24 larger upstairs units with two car garages; and the largest condos are both upper and lower with fireplaces as well as attached and unattached garages.

This community has a beautiful and welcoming center gated pool with a spa. Three other spas are located throughout the neighborhood. Residents and visitors have access to 75 exterior parking spaces.

The Newport Mesa Unified School District serves this area with highly ranked facilities like Eastbluff Elementary, Abraham Lincoln Elementary, and Corona Del Mar High School. There are also several private schools including Harbor Day School, Our Lady Queen of Angels, Carden Hall, Temple Bat Yahm Preschool, and Newport Christian School. The University of California at Irvine is also nearby.

Bayridge is only a few blocks from the 73 freeway and is within minutes to the John Wayne/Orange County Airport. Fashion Island is close by and features an upscale open air shopping experience with shops like Brooks Brothers, Whole Foods Market, and Modern Romance. Residents can also enjoy many restaurants, stores, and movie theaters throughout the Newport Beach area.

Bayridge residents can visit the Upper Newport Bay which is a coastal wetland that serves as a resting area for Pacific Flyway birds. There are many species here, even endangered ones and you can enjoy bird-watching, jogging, hiking, bicycling, and kayaking. There are about 1,000 acres of open space here in the Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve and Ecological Reserve.
